Do you think AI software is making the internet more helpful or more cluttered?

This is a debate that has been ongoing for a decade now. On one hand, AI can help us write, design, code, and make our research faster than ever before. It also help us to summarize long articles, it can even help with our affiliate marketing content as well. But the downside is that the internet has been filled with all sorts of AI-generated garbage. What do you make of this?
