I’m getting a steady stream of new members to one my forums - but I doubt if it’s really music lovers. 🤔
What do their usernames look like?
One thing I do on my forums is ask “Why did you join?” at registration using a custom profile field.
Most spammers will put in two letters, and that’s how I know they’re spam. Many of them have gTLD email domains, too. For example, [email protected]. Then I’ll ban all .site emails to help reduce spammers.
