I just heard on the news that some people have interviews…with AI! They weren’t even informed before the interview that it would be with AI, which I find absolutely irresponsible of a company.

What are your thoughts on AI conducting an interview?

AI should be a tool for confronting difficult problems, expanding human thought, and helping us build what we could not build alone. It should never become a substitute for human connection. Technology should strengthen our humanity, not slowly replace the relationships, conversations, and shared experiences that give life meaning.
