Comfort Food

Everyone has that one comfort food that instantly entices them to halt & make themselves happy & quite at home. What's yours? Is it a family recipe, a childhood favourite, or something you just discovered recently. What's your craving, when you need ‘lil’ comfort?

My comfort food is jollof rice with chicken. It reminds me of home and the celebrations we used to have. Whenever I am stressed, jollof makes me feel better. Seriously, I am not exaggerating.

For comfort food, I don't have anyone in particular; I just mostly prefer eating whatever I crave. Though it's usually mostly snacks and drinks.

My comfort food is plantain. It doesn't matter how anyone prepares it, I'm definitely going to enjoy it. Now, I'm even enjoying plantain cake.
