I don’t know about you guys, but I cannot go to sleep unless there is something playing on the TV. Partially for me I enjoy the white noise. And I don’t like complete darkness.
I tend to watch things that I’ve seen 1 million times thinking they’ll fall asleep and then never works. My current bedtime guilty pleasure is Smallville. What’s yours?
I struggle to sleep if I see a light. I do enjoy having the fan on to block out noise but that’s only when it’s a hot night,
That’s the opposite of me I sleep with a fan on year round even when it’s 2° outside.
I’m definitely a comfort show at bedtime person 😂 Friends is my usual go to because I’ve seen it about a million times and can practically watch it with my eyes closed 🤣 At the moment I’ve switched to How I Met Your Mother though. Apparently I refuse to let go of sitcoms from the 2000s 😂🙈

Smallville came out in 2001. I’ve seen it a million times, friends too!

I don't watch TV; I only watch things online—usually on YouTube—so if I want to sleep with something playing in the background, I use YouTube.
If you ever get used to sleeping with some background noise, it's going to be very difficult to sleep without that kind of noise again. This is currently happening to me.
