Are you business owner or you have any project which you have employed some people who are working for you on it? Have you ever been put in a situation where you had to fire one of your workers?
How did it feel when you terminated their job?
It’s not that I haven’t worked as someone’s boss up until now, but if I have a role in the future that requires it, it will almost certainly happen.
A couple years ago, before I got too sick to work, I was a general manager of a restaurant. I used to fire people all the time. It is definitely not something that I enjoy doing and I gave many chances and many warnings before it got to that point.
I don't enjoy firing people firing people from their jobs but when they don't take their jobs seriously, it means they were never ready to work.

I completely agree with you on this assessment because when I hire someone and pay them to work but they don't, I'm the one who's losing money paying to do nothing. I'll gladly fire them and if possible sue them.
