How many times do you eat in a day?

K Kennysplash · 3 weeks ago · 7 replies · 117

I thought I could practice eating one meal a day, but my work is draining so I cannot pull it off. I am currently in 2 meals a day, but even at that I have to support with fruits.

I usually have 3 meals a day… breakfast, lunch and dinner 😊 I keep an eye on my calories and macros and try to make my meals fairly high in protein as I find that keeps me fuller for longer. I'll still have fruit or a snack in between if I'm hungry though. I definitely couldn't manage one meal a day 😂🙈 I'd be thinking about food from the minute I woke up! 😂

I eat two times a day, just breakfast and dinner. I don't even remember the last time I took a launch because that's my busy time. So, I think two meals is the norm here.

I mostly eat two times in a day, but there are days where i eat just once a day.

I mostly eat three or four times a day. However, I’m trying to add an extra snack after my lunch and before dinner. I just need to think of something that’s easy to grab and eat quickly at work, but it needs to be healthy too.

I eat two or three times a day. This depends on how hungry I am. I also have snacks occasionally. There was a time when I used to eat a lot. I used to eat four times a day and I was a bit obese. However, my body underwent certain changes and I started to feel less hungry.

Maximum I eat twice in a day but there are some days when I eat only once and I feel very good. I'm currently weighing 105kg.

I only eat full meals twice a day, but if I count every time I have a snack or a mid-afternoon bite, then I eat four or five times a day.
