Cool-writer · 2 weeks ago · 3 replies · 79

Creating a user-friendly forum could be a really huge challenge for many people. Many users and members of the forum may struggle a lot when it comes to navigating the forum or browsing the forum. I think that selecting the right forum software may also play a huge role. I have visited various forums that have an exceptional forum design and navigating the forum is not an issue. However, some pages on certain forums lag a lot. How do you deal with this?

Well, the best way to create a user-friendly website or forum is to make sure that you create a mobile-friendly forum. Do not put a lot of pop-up ads on your forum. This will make your forum quite unattractive and drive away the traffic. Generally, many people find pop up ads very annoying. A few of them night be fine. However, constantly bombarding your visitors with such ads make website browsing and navigation very hard.

I think that putting ads on your forum is fine as long as you do not overdo it. You could possible use banner advertisements that are quite less intrusive. However, even putting a lots of banner advertisement on your forum or blog will make your forum look ugly. The best approach is to put moderate amount of ads on your forum. This is the best approach.

Making a forum user-friendly, I feel, starts with the design of the forum. There is nothing worse than visiting a forum when there is just too much going on, the design is just a mess, or the forum is just too bright.

I have always found there is nothing worse than going to a forum and being unable to navigate it because it is difficult.

Aside from the design of the forum, ensuring your forum is also mobile-friendly, I feel, is a must when it comes to having a user-friendly forum.
