There are many reasons why I do not take a nap. I usually consume drugs and this makes me really drowsy. I tend to sleep for longer hours. When you sleep for longer hours, you do not tend to take naps. There are, however, a few people who tend to take naps even when they sleep for longer hours. This depends a lot on each and every person. I am currently taking antidepressants and other drugs.
That’s too bad. I use recreational drugs—I mean, I use them because I enjoy it, not because I have any actual problems. Whenever I use marijuana, I sleep like a baby; it’s the best rest I’ve ever had. But I don’t take naps—I only sleep at night to rest, you know, the normal way. Regarding antidepressants: are you sure you’re actually depressed? Psychologists can be very dishonest about that. If I had a dollar for every time someone told me they were depressed and taking antidepressants, I’d be a trillionaire by now, lol. One thing you should know is that no one in this life can avoid depression, stress, or anxiety—it’s just part of life. That’s why I’m asking about the psychologist. If you’ve been depressed for years—say, three years—then the psychologist might be right. But if, for example, a pet of yours died, your partner left you, or someone you loved passed away recently, it’s normal to feel depressed. That doesn’t mean you have clinical depression or that you need medication. You should really look into this carefully. I’ve lost count of how many people claim to be depressed—lol—when, in reality, only a small minority actually have a serious, genuine condition.
