Two years ago, Hogwarts nearly tore itself apart. A Headmaster plotted to break the Statute of Secrecy, his followers took three students into the Dark Tower, and when the dust settled a Headmistress and a Minister of Magic were both in Azkaban.

Now the trials are over and the Aurors have gone home, but Britain didn't stay quiet for long. Minister James Laurence came to power on promises of order and tradition, and his blood-purity agenda is already showing up in the classroom. Muggleborn students are made to take a "Wizarding Civics" course, and the woman teaching it is the Minister's own sister.

Whether you're a student finding your feet, a professor caught between conscience and career, or someone out in the wider wizarding world watching the tide turn, there's a place for you here.
