If you had to start a website from scratch today, what niche would you choose and why?

Let’s say you had to start a website you already had from scratch today; the whole website would be deleted, and you would be left with a clean slate, and you could either make a website in the same niche again, or you could choose another niche altogether when starting fresh.

What niche would you choose for your website? Would this be the same niche as the website that was just wiped clean, or would it be another niche?
