Affiliate buttons and sections for affiliates

Do you have an affiliate button for your blog or forum and where is your affiliate section where you put other buttons from other blogs or forums?

We have our affiliate button bar on the index page where the buttons move on each page load and the placeholder ones have a different name each page load.

I currently have affiliates set up on Zippy Promotion. I personally like to have banners set to 100x35 since I think they look the best at this size. I have it on the header of my forum right underneath my banner. I think it's better to have affiliates in the header rather than in the footer since people will see the links better.

I don't affiliate with forum owners, I do not involve in affiliate exchange or have affiliate buttons on my forums. I have no particular reasons for why I am not doing it. But I might try if I get offers from related niche.

I don't think that affiliate buttons is still working. I tried that thing once, it clutter my forum like it was a market banner and no real clicks. With how attention span has reduce now, even reading long post has become a hard work, talk less of clicking banners. So, I don't think it works now.
