Paying for posting

Nomad · 6 months ago · 6 replies · 3K

Do you like to hire people to post on your forum and compensate cash for their posting activities? Have you ever paid people to post on your forums? In case you have hired people to post, how much did you pay them? Do you hire them for a monthly basis or occasionally?

I've done this quite often in the past. The one issue I have is the stupid PayPal fees.

I've never hired anyone to advertise anywhere I need.

I have in the past hired and paid for posts on forums that I either own or co-own, but I am always cautious about who I hire. I have been known to see in the past people who have hired writers to post on their forums and the content has not been anything near to what they wanted, and that can often be bad for a forum.

Paying people to post sounds nice but if you don't have the budget, it can drain your pocket. 😂 I have done it multiple times and it's ok. I got some reasonable traffic back then.

I'd like to pay around 10 people to post for at least 2 years. I think that would be the best strategy. However, it's expensive and I don't have the budget at the moment.

I never paid for posts before, I get my posts from post exchanges and sometimes I request packages for my sites but I only pay using forum currency. I don't have the money to pay for posts.
