Do you still take phone calls, or do you prefer talking to people in chats? I have got two friends who are very comfortable speaking to anyone that they wish to talk to via chats and never on the phone. Picking and answering phone calls over a long period is never their thing. Which one do you enjoy more?
I never answer phone calls on my phone. I prefer text and email.
I'm more of a text message person, but I'm slowly getting used to making the occasional call and sending voice messages.
There's only one person I talk to on the phone and that's my mom. She doesn't like texting, so I go out of my way to call her. Everyone else I'd rather send texts to, I also do call my wife sometimes but it's rare. Sometimes she calls me even if she's in the other room. :V It's easier for me to reply to texts and I never pick up my phone if I don't know who is calling.
Depends, I like to hear my husband's voice. So I'd rather call him. But other people I'd text cause they usually talk forever. 8-|
I am a chatter box and I love to talk.
The good thing about writing is that you can do it at any time, whereas if you want to talk without problems you need to do it in a place that is as quiet as possible, otherwise it is a terrible problem to talk on the phone with a lot of background noise, for example in a very busy area on the street

There are people who are like that. They don't enjoy taking calls. Just send a text and you will get a response quickly.
I prefer text messages. I can also do voice messages as well. The fact remains that I do sometimes attend calls on Whatsapp. However, I have been using the text feature more often recently. There was a time when I used mailing services a lot.
Calls is a lot of stress for me. I prefer text 100%. One of my friends called me last week and talked for 25 mins straight. I was just looking at my battery as it’s dropping. A lot of people might think that calls are better but mentally it can drain you. Text gives you space to breathe.🤣

That's why we talk in person, right? Unless distance prevents us from seeing each other, messages are preferable; then, whatever needs to be discussed, we discuss it in person.
