It was super common in previous years to release video games based on any series or movie, mostly because the games were cheap. So I want to know, does anyone here know if Gremlins had one or more video games? And what platform was it released for? I'm guessing it might have been for the Sega Genesis or Master System/Mega Drive; it seems to have a similar style to Gremlins.
Actually there was a Gremlins video game but it's much older than you think, it was released on the Atari 2600! It was released a few years before the Master System made it's debut and 4 years before the Mega Drive made it's debut in Japan. The sequel came out in 1990 but wasn't released on any Sega platform which is odd to think about since the game was released on the NES, Gameboy and obscure platforms like the Amiga, Atari ST, Commodore 64, MS-DOS, MSX, Amstrad CPC, and ZX Spectrum. It could have been ported to the Mega Drive since the Amiga has similar hardware to the Mega Drive.
