What time do you go to sleep?
In my case it usually varies by season, depending on the stage I'm in, but in recent years I've been going to sleep between 2 am and 4 am. What time do you go to sleep?

Whenever my body says its okay to sleep. I have a hard time sleeping at night. I get really bad nightmares. :(
I sleep by 8.30 pm but get up by 4 am.
I go to sleep between 9 and 10 and try to wake up at 4 or 5. Sometimes I quite manage to go to bed and wake up at that time, and sometimes I cannot.
In most cases, I sleep around 8 pm daily. It is always my best time to sleep to avoid a situation where I can't wake up early because I am mostly active in the mornings.
Nowadays I am not going to bed at a fixed time. However, I usually sleep late at night nowadays. I am planning to change that, but it is not that easy thing to do so. It can be really a hard thing to break a bad habit.
I usually go to sleep at 11 pm I think and then sleep for a few hours. I don't really need a lot of sleep. Well, I always aim for waking up early in the morning because my restaurant job might have me working by at least 9 AM and usually transit isn't available that early (It's a small city.).
On weeknights I tend to go to sleep at around 9:00, whereas on weekends it really varies. I often end up going to bed around 10 something, but I might lose track of time when I'm working on projects that I end up staying up way too late.
Sleep time is now a pure survival. Some nights I would crash by 12am, other days it's 3am. Last week I even slept at 4am because the heat was too much. To be fair, this irregular sleep have shown on my face.

That's awful about the nightmares. I think it's horrible that you can't sleep well without being tormented by them. You clearly have to do something about it; you can't live like this.

I take nightmare meds and meds to help me sleep so it helps a little bit.
Unfortunately, I don't go to sleep early enough every night. I'm always awake until at least 2-3AM in the morning before I would start feeling sleepy. It's 10:15PM now and I'm more feeling sleepy at all.
I go to sleep immediately my daughter sleeps off. It falls usually around 8-9pm but I prefer having her sleep early so I can get good sleep before it's morning.

It's normally very tough for parents with kids. There's no way you're going to sleep when you want to unless you kid is sleeping. Also, once they wake up, it's over for your own sleep.
