What damage do you think Ai has done in the world?

H Henry · 6 months ago · 7 replies · 8K

I still remember my grandmother telling me some years ago that whatever that has an advantage will have a bit of a disadvantage. I always remember that statement whenever I want to talk about certain things in life.

So, even with all the good that AI has done in this world, what can you say are the disadvantages it has brought?

The biggest damage AI tools have done to the world and humanity is taking away originality from most things we can do. Also, I don't need to talk much on how it have made so many people jobless.

AI is a mix of both good and bad. Many people have lost their jobs as a result of AI while many people have always found ways to make money from using AI.

Yeah, that's very correct. If you don't upgrade your skills in order to make it very difficult for you to be replaced by AI, then you have yourself to be blamed. Those in the tech sector suffer a lot from AI take over of jobs.

The saddest thing here is the fact that AI is constantly evolving and making itself better by the passage of time. This also makes it incredibly harder for people to compete with AI in many ways. This is an incredibly huge challenge for many people, especially unskilled people. The good thing is that AI cannot replace all jobs. Even in the current era, AI cannot replace doctors, writers, engineers, and many other professionals.

AI has made us more dependent on machine and its output, it’s sad when you think about it. We have outsourced our thinking to it and we find it hard to even get the most basic tasks done without the help of AI. The you get generations will suffer it the most.

Even this current generation with all of us have already started suffering due to being too much dependent on AI tools. So many people in this our generation have lost their jobs and that have ruined their lives permanently.
