Blood donation is an act so many people should get into because this helps save so many people's lives especially when they are in need and can't afford to buy blood for treatment. O negative is a rare one which saves lives because it can be given to anyone. Please try and donate blood today in order to save a life.

Nope, haven't done anything like that but I feel like I should.

I have donated blood only once in my life and that should be around 2008 back in my days in the university. I haven't had the courage to donate blood again but I will definitely do so.
