Do you belong to the group of people who hardly get sick throughout the years or it's a regular routine being sick with you? I don't fall ill often but I go for medical check up at least twice a year.

I'm always sick with something as i have a couple health issues.
Apart from having malaria and typhoid fever once in a while, there's nothing serious about my health to be worried about. I'm really happy with how much my health have improved over the years.
I hardly ever get sick, the worse I ever felt was when I had Covid a few times. Each time I got the chills really bad, and I felt like I got hit by a truck. Typically when I do get a common cold or the flu, I get it bad too since I rarely get sick.
I don't get sick much, but I'm advancing with age and a heart problem is becoming more serious.
Not at all, in fact I wouldn't associate with anyone who's sick; I find those people detestable.
