lesson learned the hard way
What’s one thing you wish you knew earlier when you started managing forums or websites?
I feel like there’s always some “lesson learned the hard way” moment in web admin.

When I opened up a gaming forum on Proboards back in 2014 I made the mistake of hiring a random person to be a co admin. She ended up deleting my themes and installing themes that weren't related to the forums. I thankfully was able to reinstall the theme and I ended up banning her. Now I know to hire people I can trust.
