Are you struggling with depression?

Depression is a very serious mental health condition which shouldn't be taken lightly under any circumstances. This is because it's capable of making someone commit suicide if care isn't taken.

Have you ever been depressed? How do you handle your depression?

No, not at all. The times I experienced depression—I think it was back when I was a teenager—were when I suffered from it the most. Now, as an adult, I know it’s something entirely temporary; obviously, if something bad happens, I might feel depressed for a short while, but it’s nothing that won’t pass. I don’t get this trend of people wanting to cling to depression and claiming they "suffer" from it. Everyone experiences, has experienced, or will experience depression—it’s just a part of life, much like stress and anxiety.

I am not depressed in any way. I get to face tough times too that might make me sad, but I don't let it develop into depression. I always find positives in any situation and it helps me to come out of very difficult situations.

Nope, I don't even allowed things gets to me let alone being so intended to be depressed. I tell myself all the times that life isn't a bed or roses so that helps me to take things the way it comes and don't bother about things that I can't control.
