What was your most successful forum?

As community managers, we have all had instances where we have had failed forums, but we have also had forums that have succeeded as well.

Successful forums are not as easy to reach anymore as they used to be, and it is usually only those who have the drive and the passion who end up having successful forums rather than just giving up.
