Have you ever seen Star Trek?

I haven’t seen any Star Trek yet; I might start by watching the first movie tomorrow. What do you think of Star Trek—assuming you’ve seen any of the films or series? Some people have told me it’s like Star Wars, but boring. I wouldn’t know, since I’ve never seen any of it. If you’ve watched it, how true is that? Is it like Star Wars, but duller and lacking in action? What is Star Trek actually about? I have no idea—all I know is that it’s set in the galaxy, and that’s about it. 😂
