Do you carry protection?

You never know what can happen on a trail run, especially if you’re solo.

Do you carry something to protect yourself from other people or even wildlife?

Pepper spray? Knife? Pistol? What do you carry, if anything at all?

I always carry pepper spray. It’s so old though that I should probably buy a new one!

That would be convenient! My friend carries it too and asked me one day if I’ve ever tested it to make sure it works? nooo

I think sometimes just having it in my hand will detour some people.
