Road running

As a trail runner, do you also get into road running, too?

Do you like road running more than trail running or the other way around?

Why?

I do road running sometimes. The fact is that Trail running benefits all road racer. It helps you build strength and endurance for road racing, making you faster and more resilient in the long run. So it seems trail running precedes road running.

I think both have their appeal, but I'd lean more towards trail running. I like the idea of being surrounded by nature, exploring different paths and dealing with changing terrain. Road running is great for building speed and endurance, but trail running seems more adventurous and enjoyable.
