How much do you sweat during trail runs?
Are you a major sweater or do you not sweat as much as others?
I sweat bad. If bugs land on me to bite, they usually drown immediately, LOL.

There's no way you wouldn't sweat while running but I try to reduce sweating during a run as much as I can . I do run mostly at cooler hours, try to choose or take shaded paths, I also try to reduce the intensity in high heat · though I gradually get used to the effort to take short breaks as well. Going on a run with cleaning towels also helps
I am also a heavy sweater. My clothes are usually soaked, especially now that the weather is super hot.

I sweat bad in the summer and bad in the winter LOL
