Running every day
Could you run every day as part of your training?
Even if it was low impact running most days?
Do you think this would make you better or hurt you?

For me I have been running for the past 8 months almost everyday. Sone days I do low impact and other days I add speed to it. It does hurt me but instead has helped to improves my heart health, lowers blood pressure, burns calories, and sharpens your mind. I'm on a weight loss journey so it helping me get into shape.
I believe I can, but I doubt I will be able to due to my schedule. I do not have a fixed schedule, so it tends to change from time to time.
Don't worry about it; you don't need to run every single day. In fact, it’s actually better if there are days when you can't run—that way, you get to rest. It’s far better to run when you’re full of energy and doing it properly than to run every day while ending up with shorter, lower-quality sessions. So, take advantage of the days you can't run to rest and recharge your energy.
Yes,not running everyday is good for those that can't disciplined themselves to achieve such. The thing is that sometimes slow and steady wins the race. If you don't run daily you would find it enjoyable the day you decide to run. You don't have to pressured yourself.

No, it’s not just for those who lack discipline. You could have the best discipline in the world, but your body—like anyone else’s—gets tired and absolutely needs to rest in order to have the energy to exercise. If you don’t rest, your performance will decline to the point where continuing to run no longer makes sense; you absolutely must have rest days.

We are on the same page. The discipline was for some people. If you do yours daily that's fine but some persons are physically lazy and wouldn't want to take a run even when they are free. That's the set of people I was referring to. But anyhow, we just have to keep ourselves fit by taking a run as often as we can.
