Most established communities are held back by one or two custom add-ons. Tell us what they do, and they become part of ForumSpark for your board, maintained by us from then on.
We would move tomorrow. But we have three custom add-ons our members would riot without.
The reason most large forums stay on software they have outgrown.
Concrete work, not an open-ended retainer. All of it is available on Enterprise, and every piece of build work is quoted on its own before it starts.
Your theme built to match your brand exactly, including the details Theme Studio does not reach.
Members sign in with the account they already have on your own site, so nobody registers twice.
Members, topics and attachments moved across, including external sources and in-house software.
Your own line straight to us. No queue, no ticket number, but first-in-line support.
A standing call to plan what is next, train your moderators and review how things are going.
The feature your community cannot work without. That is the whole point of this page.
We have moved communities off all of these. The standard import is free on any plan, and members, topics, attachments and search rankings come with you.
Enterprise covers the complicated ones: multiple sources, custom databases, software nobody supports any more.
Custom development is an Enterprise service. The plan is what opens the door, and it covers the relationship: a direct line to us, your standing call, priority support, and keeping everything we have built for you working through every release.
The build work itself is quoted separately. Fixed scope, fixed price, agreed in writing before a line is written. You approve a number before anything starts, so there is never an open-ended bill.
What you pay for once keeps working forever at no extra cost, because it lives inside the platform rather than beside it.
Everything in Scale, plus the things a plan cannot give you.
Priced per community. Development is not included and is quoted per project.
We do, and that is what keeps it working. Your feature becomes part of ForumSpark, which is why it is tested with every release, never needs porting, and never has to be paid for twice. You get it first, and you never ever have to maintain it yourself.
If you need something built exclusively for you and kept out of the product, say so at the start. That is a different conversation and a different number.
The people who write the code. There is no account manager in the middle, no talking to a bot, and no ticket sitting in a queue behind someone's support question. You describe what your community needs, and you are describing it to the person who will build it.
Describe the feature your community cannot do without. We will tell you what it takes.
