Post Rail Flair

Two small identity lines for the post rail: the member's trust level under their group name, and their credit balance below the joined date when the Credits extension is active. They give every post a little more context about who is talking.

Each line is a separate snippet: keep the ones you like, toggle the rest off, or duplicate one to build your own flair. Lines tied to features you have disabled (like credits) simply do not render.
