The banner
In Configuration, then Settings under Identity, upload an email banner: an image that tops every email your board sends, replacing the plain board name. One upload, every email dressed.
Branding removal
On the Launch plan and up, ForumSpark's own branding steps back across the board experience, email included. Combined with your banner, your domain and your theme, a member can go weeks without remembering there's a platform under their community, which is exactly the compliment we're going for.
Wide and short is the banner shape that works in email clients, and test it in dark mode: many inboxes are dark now, so a transparent background with light-unfriendly artwork is the classic mistake.
