How can we help?

Guides for running your board, from first setup to deep customization. Written for admins, with pictures.

For your members

Your profile

Updated October 21, 2026

Your profile is your home on the board: who you are, what you've done here, and the wall where people say hello. Worth five minutes of setup.

Making it yours

  • Avatar: the little you that appears beside every post. Upload one; the default silhouette says "just passing through" and you're not.

  • Cover image: the banner across the top of your profile.

  • Profile fields: the board's own questions, where you're from, what you play, whatever this community asks. These often show beside your posts, so they're how regulars learn who you are.

  • Showcase: pin your favorite earned achievements where visitors see them first.

The social side

Profiles have a status wall where you and others can post short updates and greetings, and you can follow members whose posts you never want to miss. Followers see your public activity in their feeds; it's the light-touch friendship layer of the board.

Your privacy

Your settings control how visible your presence is, including whether others see you online and when you were last around. The board works fine at any privacy level; pick what's comfortable.

A filled profile changes how people answer you. The member with an avatar, a line about themselves and three showcased badges gets warmer replies than a gray silhouette, purely because they read as a person.
