Achievements
Achievements are the badges members earn by participating: milestones, streaks, the occasional secret one that delights people when it pops. They give long-term members something to show for their history and new members a trail to follow.

Configuration, then Achievements: your badge collection.
Building your set
In Configuration, then Achievements you create each badge: its name, its icon, its description, and what earns it. Milestone badges (first post, a hundred posts, a year of membership) give everyone a path; special ones for events and quirks give your board personality.
Where badges show
Earned achievements live on the member's profile, and members pick their favorites to showcase; the showcase limit (how many they can pin) is set in Configuration, then Settings under Achievements, along with the master switch for the whole system.
The best achievement sets reward the behavior you want more of. If your board lives on helpful answers, badge that; if it lives on events, badge attendance. And keep at least one badge mysterious; "how did you get that?" is free engagement.
